“The War is Not Over” Video Release
UNITED24 recently released a powerful video titled “The War is Not Over”. In this video, Ukrainian soldiers perform renditions of well-known Christmas songs, including:
- Let It Snow
- Happy Xmas (War Is Over)
- Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas
- I’ll Be Home for Christmas
In each song, the soldiers have altered the lyrics to remind the world about the ongoing war and the critical importance of global support for Ukraine.
Legal Expertise Provided
Maksym advised on matters related to copyright, record label rights for the songs, and aspects of fair use under Ukrainian and U.S. law. His guidance was instrumental in ensuring that the project complied with all relevant legal requirements.
