Artur provides legal support, representation, and protection of business entities’ interests in relations with counterparties, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement agencies. He has extensive experience in administrative and judicial appeals against unlawful decisions, actions, or omissions by government authorities, as well as in claims-based settlement of commercial disputes.
Graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a degree in Law, earning a Master’s degree.
Until 2012, worked at the State Tax Service of Ukraine as Head of the Department for Court Representation and Coordination with the Legal Department’s Structural Units.
Since 2012, engaged in private legal practice, advising and supporting business entities in the construction and trade sectors.
In 2017, after passing the qualification exam, obtained a certificate of the right to practice law and was entered into the Unified Register of Attorneys of Ukraine.
