Andrii is a certified Patent Attorney of Ukraine, holds two higher education degrees, and has extensive experience and in-depth knowledge in the field of intellectual property. This includes copyright, trademark and industrial design registration, invention and utility model patenting, as well as experience defending rights before the Board of Appeal at the Patent Office and Ukrainian courts.
Master’s degree in Law from the National University “Odesa Law Academy,” where he studied intellectual property.
Specialist degree in Law from the Kyiv State Maritime Academy named after Hetman Petro Konashevych-Sahaidachny, where he studied maritime law.
Since 2007, worked in the corporate sector: as in-house counsel for Ukraine’s largest media holding company; as senior lawyer at an international advertising agency; and headed the legal department of a copyright collective management organization.
From 2014 to 2017, served as Head of the Patent Department at an international pharmaceutical company.
Currently practices patent and legal work as part of the Mentors Law Firm team.
